Terry Rogers
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rogers joined St. Martin’s in 2000 after serving for over 12 years in various administrative positions with geriatric health care organizations in the Southeastern U.S. He serves on advisory boards of local aging services organizations, and is active in state and national associations advocating for aging services. He brings visionary leadership to the St. Martin’s team with a dedication to improve the quality of life for our country’s elders.


Mike Faulkner
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Faulkner joined St. Martin’s in 1999 with many years experience in senior financial management positions with rehabilitation and acute care hospitals. He is dedicated to the long term care field and is active with state and national associations advocating for aging services.

Jeff Burchfield
Nursing Home Administrator

Mr. Burchfield joined St. Martin’s in 2007 with over 15 years experience serving in Nursing Home Administrator positions in Alabama. He is active in the aging services field including his service to Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama. He is dedicated to improving the way nursing home care is provided.

 

Nancy C. Cobb
Vice President of Senior Living

Ms. Cobb joined St. Martin’s in 2002 with over 20 years in the health care field. She is a Registered Nurse and worked for several national retirement companies with regional responsibilities for operations and marketing. Ms. Cobb is active in state and national aging services associations and is a speaker at meetings and conferences throughout the U.S.

 

Mamie Mahone
Vice President Human Resources and Quality Management

Ms. Mahone joined St. Martin’s in 2004 with extensive experience in nursing administration and operations positions in geriatric and acute care organizations with hospitals, home health agencies and assisted living facilities. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration. She is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Administrator and has served on local and state boards including a Governor-appointed term on the Alabama Board of Examiners for Assisted Living Administrators.

Trina Vines Chandler
Cottages Guide

Ms. Chandler is a social worker and licensed nursing home administrator with over 20 years experience in the long-term care profession. She joined St. Martin’s in 2000 and has served as a Guide for the Cottages at St. Martins since 2008. She is a dedicated activist working to change elder care in America. She is active in state and national advocacy associations and speaks nationally on how St. Martin’s is working to improve nursing home care.

 

Karen Glover
Assisted Living Administrator

Ms. Glover joined St. Martin’s in 2009 after serving in management and administrative positions for the past 23 years. She has successfully led several assisted living and independent living organizations over her career. She is active in state and national associations and is a respected leader among assisted living professionals in Alabama.

 

 

Joell Miller
Director, St. Martin’s At Home

Ms. Miller joined St. Martin’s in 2007 and has worked with seniors for the past 15 years. Her career includes experience in administrative positions in assisted living facilities and retirement communities, as well as various community settings.

 

Jennifer Ray
Director of Development

Ms. Ray joined St. Martin’s in 2002 and has worked in the not-for-profit sector for 14 years in programming and fundraising in the areas of arts and health care. She is active in the Association of Fundraising Professionals Alabama Chapter.

 

Linda Robertson
Corporate Director Culture Transformation

Ms. Robertson’s career in Long Term Care spans over 33 years. She spent 10 years as the Coordinator for the Aging programs in Northern Minnesota and the last 23 years in long term care in Alabama serving in various administrator positions. She has a Masters in Health Care Administration/ Education with a Graduate Certification in Gerontology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She joined St. Martin’s in 1999 and is now leading St. Martin’s efforts to create better environments and methods of care for elders. She is active in state and national associations and speaks at conferences throughout the U.S.

 

Harold Simon, MD
Medical Director

Dr. Harold Simon has practiced internal medicine for 30 years in the Birmingham area. He devotes his time to retirement community medicine including all aspects of elder care from Independent Living to Assisted Living to Skilled Care. He is especially interested in meeting the specific needs and desires of the individual elder in the way he or she wants them met. According to the doc: 'Listening is my most important tool'.
